Non available for me either, but did you check the questions out? Very odd, in particular the staff answers

Q: IS IT RAINPROOF? i WANT ONE FOR GROCERY DELIVERIES
Staff Answer: This is not classed as waterproof.
My answer: Its a plastic coolbox, of course it's bloody waterproof

Q: Will this box keep hot foods and drinks warm?
Staff answer: I am sorry to say that this is suitable to keep items cool only. I hope this helps :)
My answer: No it doesn't bloody well help, it's an insulated container not a fridge, of course it will keep things warm

Ah but you see, maybe that's why it's so cheap. It could be one that is not a "smart" coolbox and doesn't come with the function of knowing when to keep warm things warm and cold things cold ;)

I picked one up in Home Bargains the other day for under a tenner if anyone wants one. I took it camping and since it dropped below zero I was able to refreeze my ice packs on the ground :D
