38mm to 28mm reducer

Hi,

I'd like to add something similar to the 28mm tee cap to the collection bottle of the Fermentasaurus gen 2. It has a diameter of 38mm, rather than the standard 28mm of the KegLand tee cap. Does anyone know if something like this exists or a 38mm to 28mm threaded reducer?
