No idea what is is, using up old malt and hops so don’t expect to hit efficiency targets.

First time using 100% RO, went for the ‘hoppy’ profile.

19L and 9.5L keg going to friends, 9.5 for me on the beer engine.

Mash almost done, the kitten has come to help.

Boil time, way off target as expected, the malt is 18m old but smells and tastes fine.

In goes 1KG of DME.

He’s a Maine Coon, only 7-8 months old and the size our fully grown Moggie.

All washed up and done. Beer time!

Nice setup. So do you cold crash and use a filter on the floating dip tube and then that stops hops getting transferred into keg? I put hops in a bag right now but wondering if I need to bother with that.

That’s exactly what I do.

This turned out really well, especially after a few weeks in the keg.
