6th Day in FV

got to say i'm taken back by the response to this question.. some great advice.

Ive took on the habit of leaving for 2 weeks in the fv before i take the lid of to take a reading. some are faster than others to ferment out and have had one in the fv for 4 weeks and it turned out really well.

don't mention that round here... no-one will bother brewing their own if they have a nip of that stuff :grin:
