Did my forum brew today :party:

Hit my targets and got 23L at 1.047 :D

BTW who decided on Nottingham yeast :evil:
36 hours in and two packs of rehydrated yeast and still no signs of fermentation :twisted:
It's got until morning and then the SO4 is going in :shock:

Thats cause its already finished ;)
 
Well the Nottingham did finally get started :roll:
Today the gravity is down to 1.015 :party:
I'll drop it to secondary and dry hop it tomorrow :D
 
Well 9 bottles are put aside out of this brew, the rest is kegged :thumb:

being just a kit brewer for now, did you make that brew by just using a stock pot and boiling it all up, or was there other thiings you didn't show, just that i have a big stock pot now, and wondered if i could do anything with this pot, and get a little closer to AG.
