Can I add brew enhancer after ferment has started ( Mangrove Jack Juicy Session IPA kit)? I ordered enhancer, but has been delayed a day. I could use sugar but read about the detrimental effects this can have.
If I do add it do I liquidise it first , or add as is.
Thanks in advance.

Yes. If it has fermentable sugars in it, eg. Dextrose then it will probably re-ferment. Don't package it until you get a stable gravity again.

I would boil it in as little water as possible, just to sterelise it, then add once it's cooled down. Try not to disturb the beer too much when adding, to minimize oxidation.

Thanks, had already gone ahead and virtually paralleled what you recommended. Added in at around 25C. All good, vigorous Hello!! from the wort, happy days :)
