Hi all.

Just got my last lager of the year on the go before i start my Coopers dark ale to be barrelled in time for Christmas.
For those of us who have just started and not got all the equipment could any of you guys and girls recommend when i should add the sachet of yeast eg straight away, Half an hour an hour??

Regards,
c.i.b :cheers

P.S It's a 40 pint kit.

Add it is soon as you have got all the wort(sugary beery mixture) in the fermenter up to the correct volume and it is at the correct temperature.
