Little update on this.
Put this one in a corny four days ago at 1014, gassed up to 30psi shaken and shaken and re-gassed. Whilst passing over the next few days shaken and gassed up again to 30psi.
Its been like having Mrs. Doyle saying go on, go on, go on, so had to try a pint tonight, with pressure released to 5psi.

Well its bliddy lovely, and it can only get better, so must resist temptation ;)

Trust me I was given a bottle to review, I opened and poured it, took an initial sip to review it and the next thing I knew I'd necked it :oops:

But it was very nice, my notes say "like a rich mild" but that's all they say :oops:

Hi can I just check something? Did you run the boiled wort into the fv before chilling? That isnt the boiiler standing in a bucket of water is it?
