AG#14 Son Shine

A few days in to the ferment and its smelling a bit funny - yesterday it also tasted a bit odd and I have a slight concern it could have an infection Tasted today and didn`t taste bad , lot better than yesterday - but the smell is a bit strange almost a chemical smell like nail varnish remover but not as harsh :wha:

so just gonna leave it and hope for the best :pray:

My Stinger brew with honey tasted better young : :

With time the beer got dryer and the honey was less pominent : but still good... just different.

think the brew is fine - just some funny fermenting smells :lol: Will be bottling up 80pints next week :drink:

Today was bottle up day!! FG was 1004 so a 5% brew :party:

so loads of empty sterilized bottles

start to finish was 3 and a half hours - including cleaning up after

77 x 550ml bottles in total :thumb:
