Grain Bill:

5000g Belgian Pilsner 79%
800g Cane Sugat 13%
500g Aromatic Malt 8%


Hops:
35g Hallertau Tradition 4.13% 60min
50g Saaz 3.48% 15min
30g Saaz 3.48% 5min
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 66°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min.

Yeast:
Mangrove Jack – Belgian Ale
Ferment at 26°C
Brew to 25 litres
IBU: 21

SG: 1064
