Hi everyone

I've been given a few brew bits and with it was a scribbled recipe.

I was thinking of giving it ago but just wondered what people's thoughts where, what sort of beer it might be?

Here it is

3.5kg Pale Malt
250g Wheat Malt
300g Crystal Malt

50g Styrians
35g Hallertan
5g Irish Moss

Yeast Garvins Old English Ale

Still haven't got to grips with ingredients etc as I normally follow a set recipe and haven't really experimented much

Cheers

It's an English bitter. Styrians are used in a lot of bitters, and Hallertau hops find their way into some too.

Great, thank you

Off to the homebrew shop in a bit and will have a brew day tomorrow so will see how it goes

Thanks
