My second AG and it's another Chouffe brew, which I made this Monday. I'm going to stick to this style because it's quite simple in terms of ingredients and I'll know when I've got it right. This time round the sparge went better due to me making a DIY sparge arm but the ABV finished a bit lower than it should. I think the next things I need to sort out are a little water treatment and fermentation temperature.
