Also did one FV with US-05

after 4 days the S-04 is at 1.017, hope it drops more than this??
not sure what the US_05 is at, but still has big head, S-04 dropped 2 days ago

well the fermented wort tastes really nice

S-04 finished at 1016

US-05 finished at 1010

tried the US-05 wort and the hops really shine through, im hoping this will be a really nice beer with the saaz hops

although its still frothing away! just sanitizing another FV to rack into!
