I currently own two All Rounder fermenters, but shan’t be using them for a while, so need to store them. Both have been thoroughly cleaned and they are currently sat with Chemsan in them. Is it safe to leave the Chemsan in there until next use or is it recommended that it be drained off, sealed back up and they are then good to go for the next brewday?

No need to leave it in but no harm if you do.

I air dry after a starsan rinse then put it back in it’s box.

I just clean my 2 sanitise then rinse and store in my brew space, when i use them again i wash sanitise put the flowty thingy in lid on a good swirl and leave until the wort is ready to go in, tip sanitiser into a bucket with flowty thingy fill with wort chuck yeast in flowty thing and lid on hey presto
