American Pale Ale

Just finished this 42L brew a while ago using my new 60L boiler and 70 Litre mash tun. Alll seemed to go well and its nice to have 42 litres of beer after 6 hours work : .

8.7 kg. Golden Promise Pale info
0.63 kg. Munich Malt info
0.42 kg. English Wheat Malt info
44.41 g. Green Bullet (Whole, 13.00 %AA) boiled 60 min. info
12.95 g. Cascade (Whole, 6 %AA) boiled 10 min. info
12.95 g. Amarillo (Whole, 9 %AA) boiled 10 min. info
25.9 g. Cascade (Whole, 6 %AA) boiled 1 min. info
25.9 g. Amarillo (Whole, 9 %AA) boiled 1 min. info

IBU = 39
OG = 1050
FG= 1012
