Well I’m new and this is my first cider brew on the go with a MYO kit. My wife and I have made a few wines a while back that mostly tasted foul bar two.
We were not going to bother again although a new friend persuaded us this last weekend and as it was raining we used our ‘rainy day money’ and thought we’d try again...

Yes the friend who’s got me into it started off an American IPA kit this evening all for the some of £12. He’s got another ale kit done which tastes perfect although can’t remember which one it was but recommended ‘copper hopper’ to start although I don’t think my wife would take to it like she would to the cider.
