This is the last time this century that you can celebrate a day where the day, month and year is the same number.

We celebrated a friend's 50th birthday a few years ago going on a 'rail ale trail' , and surprised ourselves as to how much we drunk throughout the whole day whilst remaining pretty 'content' .

So, were not only going to celebrate 12.12.12 but also the times midday and midnight, and we're going to throw beer into the equation.

We're kicking off with a slap up breakfast in a nearby pub late morning and we'll have our first pint at 12.00, then maybe one or two more before taking a train to Bath, where we will be visiting a few pubs.

The aim is to drink 12 pints between 12 & 12 on 12.12.12.

Cheers

I'd celebrate the opening of a packet of crisps if there's beer involved.

In saying that I'd need to slow down massively to drink 12 pints in 12 hours :D

Getting worried.

Only six signed up so far ( & 6 swmbo )

Is that 12 (swmbo x6 will be shopping ) ??

It would be more elegant to have 12 doing 12 between 12 &12 on 12.12.12

This is a once in a century opportunity.

It would be great to have 12 others celebrating 12.12.12

Who is on for this ??

Cheers

I'm hoping our baby will be born on 12/12/12... he/she is due on the 3rd and is our first so there's every chance they will go over.... that's reason enough to celebrate!!!!
