Thank you to everyone on this forum for educating me on ag brewing methods. And all the places to get parts best used to build a brewery. I will post the finished thing at Christmas when it should be complete. I think its way over the top for my first attempt, but hopefully my only attempt apart from the odd tweak.

thanks everyone, its a full ss setup, 50l pots. with a uni-strut 2 teir stand holding my blichmann burner on sliding rails between hlt and copper (so i dont need two!). its a herms system (using the pump my gf is getting me for christmas), and using a valentine arm to control water depth over grain. the same coil for the herms is then hopefully going to double as my whirpool chiller in the kettle.
