Weyermann Sinamar - 250ml added at 5 mins before end of boil
Hops
El Dorado 25.3 IBU 60 mins
EKG 19 IBU 15 mins
Steep Hops
60g El Dorado 45 mins at 85 degrees

Yeast...probably Robs West Coast Style
Water treatment... will post when I've run through Bru n Water tomorrow morning.
