Sparkling Red wine :hmm: :hmm: :nono: :nono: :nono: All those little red spots over you tablecloth, clothes, face . . . . got to be a bad idea.

However, if it was me I woudl make a dry red wine (say using a load of blackberries I've just picked  ) and then carbonate it in a baby corny, before transferring to champagne bottles with the Beer Gun . . . . . . But I don't do Sparkling Red Wines

I'm planning to do this myself. Fizzy red schloer isn't a problem, I can't see why this would be. I have 4 gallons of blackberry and elderberry on the go atm, I'm planning to bottle and prime 3 bottles of it into champagne bottles and see what happens. I'll let you know in a year's time!
