Started the above kit tonight and a lager yeast is included, with the instructions suggesting fermentation at 20-25deg but as close to 20 as possible.
Does anybody know what type of yeast is included, and whether I may be better off fermenting cooler as per typical lager yeasts?
OG 1.056 (I popped the additional packet of priming sugar in as I will be kegging) so if it gets down to the suggested FG of 1.004 it will be a good session lager (albeit a shorter one!)
