Brewday was @ Breconshire Brewery with my good mate Buster :thumb:

The Brewery Mash tun front left, copper front right, HLT back left and cold water tank back right. Size 10bbl

Fermentors, there is 2 more used for second racking behind me

Grain hopper thats up stairs

Doughing in

Checking temp and consitancy of the mash

The fun part will be when Buster comes up here for one of my brewdays :lol: I'll have to make sure I make a right mess for him to clean up! Can't wait to go help again, I need to move closer to him!

Reminds me of when I used to work/help out at Traquair (Brew) House.
Start at 9 ish with the mash in then sparge and empty MT, then back at 10pm to clean the copper and open coolers. (This was mid-late 70's and they still used the copper copper and wooden MT/ open cooler)

Things are so much easer when you only do 25l :thumb:
