Hi guys, this may seem a strange request. I have got a copy of Brewing Classic Styles
on the way to me as a Christmas present. I want to brew the Belgian Dubbel the day after Boxing Day and was hoping someone on here with the book would be able to share the recipe so I can order the ingredients before Christmas. I literally just need ingredients and amounts and can get the rest of the info once the book is in my hands! Thanks 🙏

Greg Hughes recipe
5300g Pilsner
400g Special B
300g Caramunich 1 ( I'd use Munich dark)
35g HH @ 60m
35g Tettnang @15m
400g clear candy sugar (I'd use dextrose)
I'd use MJ M31 as the yeast.

The brewing classical styles book is an extract book though (I won it at a raffle). But the recipe looks pretty legit - although I'd use dark candy sugar.

Ah… I didn’t realise it was an extract book! I wouldn’t have asked for it for Xmas if I’d known that! 🤦🏼‍♂️😂
