Another one of my random questions :wha:

After having realised where the bulk of the taste in Kulfi (asian sweet) comes from, I'm wondering if I could put some ground Cardamon pods in my fruit beer mash.

Does anyone have any experience of this please?
 
I have used it in a pale ale along with cinnamon and clove. You only need a couple of pods per gallon at the most. I over did the clove though, even one clove in a gallon was to much. Used it in cider as well.
 
I've used it in a dark beer for Xmas with some star anise and cinammon - again, I used 1 pod to the gallon. :thumb:
