I have a number of wine kits from the wine co ones with 7 litres of grape concentrate all the way down to £20 wine buddy kits.

Will these kits all store for 2-5 years once bottled including the cheaper wine buddy kits?

I know the cheap kits won't improve much with age but will they last that long without spoiling?

I've had wine kits bottled for about 2 years and never had an issue. They usually get drunk before that so can't comment on any longer.

But I wouldn't say it should be an issue though.

Alcohol content is usually the defining factor as that is the preservative.
IMO I would say that most kits will store for 2 to 5 years (mine have)beyond that only experienced wine makers who have done so are the best people to advise
