7kg of pale malt
1kg of crystal malt
1kg of roast barley

80g Northern brewer for 90min
40g fuggles or goldings for 15min
protofloc

S-04, may split if I can get S-05

Have you ever used northern brewer as a final addition hop before?

I would be tempted to use the hops the opposite way around.

I'm a little confused as to which is which. the build looks very different from the delivery.

Both are lovely and shiny though :grin:

is it wrong to wrap my plastic buckets in tin foil?

I think James is referring to Muddydisco, whose real name is Nick. He's also very handy engineering brewing equipment and is no way responsible for my bodging
