Well .. did an overnight mash on this one, got up at 5.30 and had it all in the Fv by 8.30am.

No pics of the brew I'm afraid. Didn't bother with readings either as the last 3 brews have been spot on if I set efficiency to 81%.. Should come out around 3.8%

Batch Size: 25.00 L
IBU: 42
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

4.00 kg Pale Malt
80.00 gm Goldings, East Kent (60 min)
1.00 items Protafloc (Boil 15.0 min)
1 Pkgs SafAle ES-04

Notes:

At the time of mash/boil- 5 unwaxed orange rinds added to a jar with 100ml JD & 100ml water. Leave in 'fridge for a week and add to secondary when racked. Continue as normal
