5lts Supermarket Pure Apple Juice + a teaspoon of SO4 Ale Yeast gives an acceptable dry Cider.

Use Youngs Cider yeast for a High alcohol fizzy Cider. May need to sweetern as this will be very dry.

Try the Cheeky Vimto for a flavoured Cider very popular this one.
