Brewed this pale ale earlier and have two fv's now waiting for the yeasties to do their stuff :) . All went well and hit my gravities and volumes ok. Took a few pics but do not have cable to hook phone to pc atm. I'll probably keg half and bottle the rest. I have my beer cooler hooked up now with my last pale ale and its great pulling chilled pints of your own beer :D

Looks good, some Chinook in the late hops would have been nice :)

Ye I added chinook late in a brew a while back and turned out well. I made a beer a few years ago with loads of colombus and wanna make something similar. But then again I could dry hop this with chinook or cascade :D . How do you find dry hopping with pellets, do they mostly sink after a week or so ? I have two fermenters bubbling away now so I could dry hop them next week with different hops.

late reply, I found pellets to end up in my bottles, so I need to syphon thru a tea-ball in future when racking to bottling bucket.
