I bought this a couple years ago, never actually made anything from it! IIRC it's written for extract brews and the all grain version is a short couple of sentences afterwards. It's laid out like:

Recipe notes - IBU, OG, FG, Style etc
Serving notes - When best to drink, best glass to use, temp for serving
Food pairing

Then the brewing instructions:

steep - temperature and time for steeping grains
sparge - how much water for sparging and how much DME to add and how many bittering hops to add
boil - what and when to add during the boil
pitch - the yeast to pitch and temp to pitch at
bottling - how much sugar to bottle.

Then it has a page with a mini mash method and all grain method. The all grain instructions have the ingredients listed in a paragraph (which is a bit annoying to read that way) and then says things like "Add 3.7 HBU (23% less than the extract recipe) of the bittering hops for 90 minutes of the boil."

This can get quite annoying to read if you want the all grain recipe.
