Hello everyone!

I made an all grain pale alea couple of weeks ago and it has come out quite cloudy. It is usually clear, the only difference this time was that I over boiled it for 5mins (too high a heat) and noticed a lot of protein in the wort for the rest of the boil. Have I ruined it? It doesn’t taste bad just looks a bit rubbish.

So it was 4kg of pale malt and I hopped using a hop spider - so no, didn’t dry hop.

Add some gelatine in water over a low heat, stir continuously and when dissolved add to your brew and wait a few days.
