What diameter? If it's 3/8" that's not a usable setup for anyone at 10 psi unless that beer is coooooold.
3/8 hose served at 7.2C - no problems with foaming here. Calcs suggested 10psi keg pressure would give 1psi tap pressure. It's smooth and controllable.

I carb up at 30 psi shaking the keg for a good 5 mins. Then in the dispensing fridge for 24 hours. Another blast at 30 psi. Leave for as long as will power allows. Usually a couple of weeks.
drink a couple of pints. Then pressurise at 12 psi when the flow slows. I use about 1M to 1.5m of hose. I’m only using party taps as it’s in the garage and I havnt set up a bar.

I have a short line 1m max and am not sure of the size, but I carbonate for 2-3 days at 15 psi then disconnect the co2 and purge a bit of the pressure. serves about 6 pints before you need to add co2 and never have too much foam. basically a perfect pour every time.
