Ok so i've just bottled and mini kegged my 2nd brew.
I did the Coopers english beer, i did it with 500g of light spray malt and 300g of brewing sugar and also added 4 more grammes of yeast so 10 grammes in total. I left it 19 days to ferment @ a controlled 20c, upon bottling and kegging it smelled wonderful almost a treacle/dark syrupy smell.
I had a starting SG 1.054 and an FG of 1.011,so an ABV % of approx 5.64%, as ive just started drinking my 1st brew im hoping it will last till this is ready to be sampled.
Going to start a VIK Beer premium Lager at the weekend!
Looking for a lager similar to Oranjeboom to do next, anybody any ideas??
