Counterflow Chiller

Hi All, thinking of getting a counterflow chiller for my AIO system to reduce time, i currently just use an immersion chiller.
What are the pro's and cons of a counterflow chiller (plate or coil)

Do you need to put the AIO away, on the brew day? If no just leave it overnight, it will be cool when you come back.

Best cooling solution is a large copper coil.
Google "jaded brewing".
Then make one. I did. Boiling to 20c in 6 - 8 mins. But still slower than running away.
