Hi Brew Wizards

I want to brew a cranberry saison so I've been looking at different options for the cranberries. I've been looking at dried cranberries online but I'm worried that a lot of them say they're dosed with sunflower oil to prevent clumping. How worried do I need to be about the oil? The oil on them will be minimal but my concern is it'll mess with the head retention. Has anyone got any experience with using dried cranberries that can offer some guidance or does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative to dried cranberries?

You could wash them. Frozen Cranberries are a far better option though, readily available in supermarkets.

I like the idea of a cranberry Saison, dry as a nuns wine glass.

Cranberry saison is a very clever idea, look forward to hearing how that turns out.
