Good luck :thumb: I'm doing the same Sunday ;) Double brew that is.
With that vareity of grains and hops you could make all most anything you want

Hobgoblin clone?

Brown ale?

Porter?

I am in awe of the amount of gear you have in stock!
I'd say go with the hobgoblin clone.... think I may have to do one myself!
Good luck and have fun!

Cheers chaps. Hmmm hob gob ey!?!?!?!? I do have 1oz of 50/50 cascade/centennial in the freezer left over from dry hopping a yankee red I did the other week. Maybee use those as 'free' hops for a stout ala four shades?

I've gone for a mash/mash-boil/boil brew day. so I've finished sparging the Tribute and have it in an FV while I mash the second brew. Which incidentally is a 'four shades of stoutish'

I'm using the frozen dry hops left over from my yankee red. [-o< [-o< [-o< for about 50IBU's but whatever happens I reckon it'll be drinkable! :D :D :D

Just about to sparge the second one. I'm taking it slow today as I've had other jobs to do and had a couple more Yankee Red's :D :D :D

 I didn't see your sig saying your already drinking a hob goblin  Fat lot of use Am I! :?

A stout is good and looks good by the recipe :thumb:

Looks good my double is, mash, boil and mash, boil. As soon as the tun is empty and cleaned the next goes in :thumb:

I can run 4 elements at same time so I can get away with it, extends my day by about 2 hrs so 8 in all start to finish clean up.

MD that's very very old, I need to change my sig. I haven't done a HG since Aug 2009   Mu bad! LOL

i`m liking the hops for your first brew - i`m just planning my brew for tommorrow or sunday :thumb: goodluck with it
