I know this has been discussed plenty of times before but I recently watched the Craft Beer Channel video where they homebrewed a NEIPA using yeast and advice from Verdant. I found the squirting co2 up the tap whilst dry hopping an interesting idea but they also added the dry hops whilst bringing the temp down during cold crash. I've dry hopped at 14c quite a bit following some info from BrewDog. What these do, however, is begin cold crashing and drop the hops in when the beer gets to 14c but then continue to bring the temperature down.

Interesting idea but I wouldn't have thought the best method for getting the most out of it. Anyone else tried this method?

Here a link to the vid (it comes in 2 parts)
