I will be dry hopping a NEIPA in to a Spiedel fermenter. I'm intending to rack via the tap to a keg.
I will be using pellets and I'm worried that if I add them loose I will get hop debris in the keg.
So my plan is to use a hop bag. My question is whether it's okay to leave the bag in the fermenter whilst racking?
The hops will be in for 3 days when fermentation has finished.

Yes it's fine to leave the bag in while racking, I do the same thing. It might stir up a little sediment as it settles on the bottom but not enough to worry about. I would advise weighing the bag down with a few sanitised spoons or something, hops are very buoyant.
