This is one for the sparky's amongst us.

Just gathering my thoughts towards making a basic control panel to look after the elements in the HLT and Boiler, (PIDs, Probes, SSRs Switches pumps etc) and was wondering what criteria come into play when deciding to use double pole switches and switch both the live and neutral or just switch the lives and run the neutrals to a common bus.

Regards, Steve.

You don't have to use double pole, but to guarantee isolation, and because they were more expensive, I did use double pole relays when I did my control box.
