I've noticed fermenting bins that have taps on the bottom for 'easy bottling' purposes. How would this work when, prior to bottling, you add the priming sugar and disturb all the sediment?

You usually drain from the primary fermentation into a secondary FV and some of us drain back into the original FV for bottling on day of bottling so as you have no sediment at all. :thumb:

Thanks for the quick response. Is bottling done straight after putting in the priming sugar and stirring? I have a standard fermentation bucket and plan to syphon into a tapped bucket which I will use for priming and bottling.

Thanks again! :drunk:
