I started two brews, two weeks ago.

FV1 - Coopers heritage lager with enhancer kit
FV2 - Coopers canadian blonde with 500g sugar and 500g brewing sugar.

They both started on almost the same OG. I tested them today and the canadian blonde has an FG of 1004 and the Heritage lager has an FG of 1012.

This is a bit dissapointing really that it hasnt gone down to 1006. Do you think it will be ok to bottle? Seems strange that it stopped so high, as the canadian blonde went all the way. I have given it a stir to see if that helps, but i dont think it will.

What do you guys think?

enhancer kit has malt so would finish higher as it doesn't all ferment, whereas the sugars would fully ferment thus finishing lower.

whether it would make that much of a difference I am unsure, they are different lagers of course so would not necessarily finnish at the sme point either.
