I've cleared my elderberry wine with youngs finings and 10 days on and it has cleared up a treat but the lees are very light, "fluffy" and easilly disturbed.
Not having used this product before, I was wondering whether it's likely to compact down over the next few weeks or whether it's likely to remain pretty much as it is now.
I'm also considering pushing the finished product through my Vinbrite but I've not used this before so any comments about whether this is a worthwhile process for reds would be very welcome.
