Prettys Womans from your city for night
I recently made a 5 gallon batch of WOW.
I have to say how impressed I am with the results. I followed Wurzle's recipe as it look an easy beginners wine.
Since then I have brewed a Gallon of Apple and Grape and a further 5 Gallons of Grape Apple and Raspberry.
The one thing that has surprised me is how different the WOW tastes after only a month. I will be definitely be making it again in the future.
I have learned a lot from reading the forum and now looking at other types of wine. I like the sound of Rice & Raisin.
I was wondering if anybody has added Oak Chips to a WOW and what the results would be.
