Having had some very good advice on here I have just moved my Muntons American IPA to do 2 weeks cold conditioning, It had 2 weeks FV and just finished 2 weeks at 22c but I couldn't resist trying a half, I drew off a half and threw it to clear the sediment, I'm now on the fifth half.... and have to say it's actually pretty dam nice at this stage, I'm happy, however what effects will the cold conditioning have? And will cold conditioning add something else? And why does it?
