I have changed it to
4.5kg of Pale Malt
600g Crystal

OG: 1.048
FG: 1.009
ABV: 5.05%
IBU: 32.35
SRM: 11.53

The other info for the Bitter is:
OG: 1.035
FG: 1.008
ABV: 3.58%
IBU: 27.85
SRM: 11.99


The other info for the Pale Ale is:

OG: 1.046
FG: 1.009
ABV: 4.87%
IBU: 30.77
SRM: 7.9
