First attempt at an extract wheat beer. Too early really but impatience got the better of me. Ok, nowt to go mad about however, probably too early and possibly too cold!time will tell i guess.

I'm always impatient and open a beer after a week; normally to my disappointment as well! It's great when a brew is nice after a week though, means you're going to get a great batch.

The beer looks good though, nicely carbonated and great head retention.

Looks good Chris, I hope it improves with time.:thumb:
When my PET bottle tester has carbed up, usually in a week to ten days, then I sample weekly until I think its ready, I find lighter/weaker beers are usually ok straight off, but darker/heavier brews need more time to hit the sweet spot.
