First wine making experience!

Hi all,
I’m a new member and have just bottled my first home brew cider! Can’t wait to have a proper tasting and see how I’ve got on

My grandfather has two large grape vines in his garden, one red and one white. I would love to make some wine with them but have no idea where to start really. I don’t drink white wine apart from sparkling wine.

If anyone could please help with a full breakdown of what to do with either grapes I would massively appreciate it!
