I have found one of my House beers with this hop Summer Summit
I use
2600g Lager malt
500g Munich
100g Carapils
100g Light Melanodin
50g Biscuit malt
Then Whirlpooled with 70g of Summit and 40g of Chinook
makes a lovely light summer Blonde type ale
I have now used this as my one of my House beers and can just sub the Chinook with whatever other hop I like just to give a slight variance if I want.
Ps its very light @ 3.2 ABV but can easily be upped with a little more lager malt
Thanks again Anna this is a hop that I may never have used as it had a maligned name for giving off onion tastes but it is very much to my taste not as strong as some of the American hops but a nice fruity taste athumb.. :beer1::hat:
