I'm having another brew day tomorrow with TheMumbler.

The intention is to do another double-ish length brew to fill 2 fermenters.
Recipe as follows (for 40 litres)

6.000kg Maris Otter
1.500kg German Munich
0.300kg Torrified Wheat

50g @ 90min Fuggles (4.9%AA)
10g @ 90min Willamette (6.7%AA)
50g @ 15min Willamette (6.7%AA)
50g @ 0min Bobek (5.2%)

Nottingham Yeast

Expected OG 1.046, Estimated FG 1.012
ABV 4.5%
30 IBU
