Thought i'd give this a try, thought it was rather apt after the weather we have just had!.

19lts

Pale Malt 4010g
Black Malt 245g
Crystal Malt 130g
Torrefied Wheat 60g

Start of Boil

Golding Hops 39g

Last Ten Minutes
Fuggle 13g

Yeast = Danstar Nottingham

I had to change some of the ingredients from the original recipe (It's from GW book). I didn't have enough Fuggles so I replaced them with Golding and just replaced the sugar with more pale malt.

I'm also using my "new" fermentation fridge for the first time so it will be interesting how proper temp control will affect the beer.

the use of a fermentation fridge is a massive improvement IMO
You have total control at what your wort temperature is fermenting at
best upgrade ever
makes loads of difference
Temperature control is one of the biggest improvements your beer can get
